MotorCheckUp holds patents issued by the patent office in Europe (EPA 05 818 909.3), and in many EU countries the nationalised patent; also granted in Russia, the USA, Canada, Turkey, Korea Japan and China, as well as from tested product (AZ PPP 90008:2005TA-PP/GAR 3988114) which identifies “the state of health of the internal combustion engine by way of a special medium”.
The product is registered with the patent and trademark office under the name MotorCheckUp (330 2008 004 035.1/01) and is protected in Europe and many other countries. FLUIDcheckUP is also registered as a trademark in Germany and many countries around the world. In addition, there are trademarks and copyrights for the design, blueprints, analysis depiction and evaluation aids.
